Winemaker Tracey Brandt will take us through California’s new wine making era, with offerings from Anderson Valley, Mendocino Ridge and the undiscovered El Dorado appellation in the Sierra Foothills, each paired with unique dishes created exclusively for the evening.

1. Crostini with Nettle Butter & Sunny Side Up Quail Egg paired with ‘Lily’s Cuvee’ Sparkling Chardonnay, 2013, Anderson Valley

2. Arctic Char with Herb Mayo & Bacon Ramp Vinaigrette paired with ‘Untended’ Chardonnay, 2012, Anderson Valley

3. Tea Smoked Duck with Roasted Radishes paired with ‘Broken Leg’ Pinot Noir, 2012, Anderson Valley

4. Lamb Blanquette paired with ‘Fenaughty’ Syrah, 2011, El Dorado
